1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Kenneth & Sarah Strafford, for $125,000 with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of 0.92 ± acres of unimproved land, is located on the westerly side of Thompson Road in the Town of Conway in the County of Carroll. The subject parcel is identified as Tax Map 219, Lot 260 & a portion of 260.1 (previously Tax Map 219, Lot 260). 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate 603 Redstone Realty LLC from the proceeds of the sale a 6% commission fee of $7,500 for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The unimproved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
