1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of improved State-owned land directly to Mark and Cynthia Timmons for $325,000, with the Bureau providing $10,000 in concessions to the Buyers for closing costs and assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel consists of a single-family residential dwelling and contains 1.39 ± acres of land, with a physical address of 301 Webster Street in the Town of Hudson, County of Hillsborough. The subject parcel is identified as Tax Map 128, Lot 9. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate NAI Norwood from the net proceeds of the sale a 5% commission fee of ($15,750), of which 2% of the commission fee will be provided to the Buyer’s Agent for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The improved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
