Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively provide funding to the City of Claremont, for SBG 02-31-2026, an Infrastructure and Investment Jobs Act grant, to install Automated Weather Observing System III weather reporting equipment at the Claremont Municipal Airport in Claremont, NH. Federal and State participation in the amount of $429,000, retroactive to July 16, 2025, is effective upon Governor and Council approval through August 25, 2028. 97.4% Federal Funds, 2.6% State Funds. 2. Authorize the Bureau of Aeronautics to retroactively provide funding to the City of Claremont, for SBG 02-32-2026, an Airport Improvement Program grant to install Automated Weather Observing System III weather reporting equipment at the Claremont Municipal Airport in Claremont, NH. Federal and State participation in the amount of $141,955, is retroactive to July 16, 2025, is effective upon Governor and Council approval through August 25, 2028. 94.7% Federal Funds, 5.3% State Funds.
