Authorize the Bureau of Rail & Transit to enter into a retroactive lease agreement with South Down Boat Club in the amount of $42,530.00 for the use of state-owned property in Laconia, NH along Paugus Bay. This lease agreement is effective from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2030, upon Governor and Council approval. The land will be conveyed without any explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, or other recreational activities. Applicable local and state laws will govern such activities.
