Authorize the request of the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Personnel, to retroactively approve the reclassification of four positions within the Department of Agriculture, Markets, and Food, reclassified as a group because of an error identified in their classification assignment, as detailed in the letter dated September 24, 2026. Effective retroactive to January 26, 2024, upon Governor and Council approval.
