Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Allied Equipment, LLC (VC#315370), Hartland, ME in an amount up to and not to exceed $2,800,000.00 for spreader parts with the option to extend up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through July 31, 2031.
