Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract (Contract #8003920) with Ricci Supply Company, Inc. (VC#l54254), Portsmouth, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $550,000.00 for Building Materials & Hardware with the option to extend up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through August 31, 2031.
