Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into an Agreement with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, DBA MetLife (VC#211347) for the State-paid life insurance provided to full-time employees. The Agreement is effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval for a period of five (5) years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with a contract price not to exceed $804,000 and an option to extend for up to an additional two (2) years, subject to approval from the Governor and Executive Council. 36% General Funds, 13% Federal Funds, 8% Highway Fund, 3% Enterprise Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds, and 39% Other Funds.
