Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS) to enter into a sole source contract with Youngs Excavating & Paving, LLC (VC# 278887) Penacook, New Hampshire for a total price not to exceed $175,450 for paving and striping services at the NH Hospital in Concord, NH. The term of the contract shall begin upon approval of the Governor and Executive Council through June 30, 2027. 100% Revolving Funds (DAS Maintenance Funds).
