Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Alpine Environmental, Inc. (VC# 442738), Chelmsford, MA, to provide statewide asbestos abatement, mold remediation, and lead paint removal services, in an amount up to and not to exceed $2,250,000.00, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2031, with the option to extend for up to an additional two years.
