Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract, which was originally competitively bid, with The Granite Young Men’s Christian Association (VC# 154139), Manchester, NH, to increase the number of individuals participating in the National Diabetes Prevention Program, by increasing the price limitation by $27,800 from $2,134,000 to $2,161,800 with no change to the contract completion date of June 30, 2028, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
