1. Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 9:16-a, I, and RSA 9:17-a, III, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Long Term Supports and Services, to transfer funds in the amount of $104,000 for the information technology changes to automate the Bureau of Adult and Aging Services registry, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2027. Funding source: 50% Federal Funds, 50% General Funds. 2. Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Long Term Supports and Services to accept and expend funds from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for the enhanced Federal Medical Assistance Percentage (FMAP), in the amount of $416,416 effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Executive Council approvals through June 30, 2027. Funding source: 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 23, 2026.
