Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with The Upper Room, a Family Resource Center (VC#174210) Derry, NH to add funding for the continued provision of the Youth Navigator program, per US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) requirements, by increasing the price limitation by $15,270 from $781,430 to $796,700 with no change to the contract completion date of September 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
