Authorize the New Hampshire Department of Justice (DOJ) to retroactively amend an existing subgrant with the Manchester Police Athletic League, Manchester, NH (Vendor # 330520 B001) for the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (Byrne SCIP) from the U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance for the purpose of continuing to fund one full-time Program Coordinator; one full-time and one part-time Mentor; and one part-time Clinical Supervisor, by extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with no change to the price limitation of $276,625, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval.
