Authorize the Department of Justice to enter into a subgrant with the Nashua Police Athletic League, Nashua, NH (Vendor # 156594 B001), in an amount not to exceed $209,000, from the Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program (Byrne SCIP), for the purpose of supporting the positions of one full-time Juvenile Court Diversion (JCD) Case Worker; and one part-time JCD Coordinator, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds.
