Authorize to enter into an amendment to an existing sole source contract with MetaMetrics, Inc. Durham, NC, by increasing the price limitation by $30,000 from $190,000 to $220,000, with no change to the contract end date of June 30, 2027, to provide the use of Lexile® Reader Measures and Quantile® Measures for Mathematics for grade 10 students taking the PSAT with the option to renew for an additional one-year term, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
