Authorize to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement (CPA) to grant funds to University of New Hampshire (UNH) College of Professional Studies (UNH CoPS) Manchester, NH, to advance Structured Literacy in accordance with state legislation requiring review of teacher preparation programs for evidence-based reading instruction in grades K–5 in an amount not to exceed $11,682.00 effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through September 30, 2029. 100% Federal Funds.
