Pursuant to RSA 9:16-c, I, authorize to transfer federal grant funds, in the amount of $664,000.00, in and among classes, to support professional development and capacity-building initiatives for educators to enhance outcomes for students with disabilities, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approvals through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 23, 2026.
