1. Authorize to approve a loan agreement with the Town of Bow in the amount not to exceed $305,101 to finance water system improvements under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. effective upon Governor & Council approval. 2. Authorize to approve a grant agreement with the Town of Bow in the amount not to exceed $1,500,000 to finance a watermain extension project to the Bow Junction to address a variety of contaminants in the public water supply wells, including per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 1, 2028. 100% Federal Funds.
