Authorize to award a grant to Pillsbury Lake Village District, Webster, NH, in the amount not to exceed $65,000 for improvements to their community drinking water system including rehabilitation or replacement of storage tank, relocating existing generator to pump house, and other improvements as needed, effective upon Governor & Council approval through May 1, 2027. This project will include a land purchase to protect the system’s wellhead protection area. Hunting and trapping will be allowed on the property; however, because of its proximity along a well‑traveled road, such activity is expected to be minimal. 100% General Funds
