Approve Roy's Family Trust's request to perform work on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro pursuant to NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Wetlands Bureau permit #2026-01232, and in accordance with RSA 482-A:3 . Comments submitted by the Tuftonboro Conservation Commission, stating they have no objections to the project as proposed, are included in the enclosed documents.
