Approve Ducey Family Trust’s request to perform work on Lamprey River in Newmarket pursuant to NH Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Wetlands Bureau permit #2026-00084, and in accordance with RSA 482-A:3. No comments were submitted by the Newmarket Conservation Commission regarding the project as proposed. The Pease Development Authority found that the project will have no negative effect on navigation in the channel.
