1. Authorize to amend a grant agreement with the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, for the Meetinghouse Water Treatment Plant project by increasing the grant amount by $90,000, from $582,000 to $672,000, and extending the completion date from June 1, 2027, to June 1, 2028, effective upon Governor and Council approval. The original grant was approved by G&C on August 17, 2022, Item #45 archived document , as amended on October 30, 2024, Item #5L archived document , and November 12, 2025, Item #44, archived document . 30% Federal Funds, 70% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund. 2. Authorize to award a $210,000 loan to the Emerald Lake Village District, Hillsborough, NH, for the Meetinghouse Water Treatment Plant project, effective upon Governor and Council approval. 100% Drinking Water and Groundwater Trust Fund.
