1. Authorize to enter into an agreement with SumCo Eco-Contracting, LLC, Wakefield, MA in the amount of $6,398,830 for construction services for improvements to the outlet works and Broome Gate facility at Murphy Dam in Pittsburg, NH, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2028. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $500,000 be approved for unanticipated site expenses for improvements to the outlet works and Broome Gate facility at Murphy Dam in Pittsburg, NH, bringing the total to $6,898,830, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2028. 1. Funding is Connecticut-Coos Project Funds 70.3%, and 29.7% Capital (General) Funds. 2. Funding is 100% Capital (General) Funds.
