Authorize to enter into an agreement with Vermont Recreational Surfacing and Fencing, Inc. of Monroe, New Hampshire in the amount of $77,199.00 for guardrail replacement for the WRBP Wastewater Treatment Plant’s (WWTP) River Street Extension access road and Pump Station in Franklin, NH effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% WRBP Funds.
