Authorize, pursuant to RSA 261:97-c, Use of Funds, the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources, Division of the Arts, to award a Conservation License Plate (Moose Plate) grant to the Town of Effingham (VC #157618) in the amount of $30,000 to support improvements to the entranceway of the Historic Town Hall/Library building to make arts programming taking place inside more accessible for the general public, effective upon Governor and Council approval through May 30, 2027. 100% Agency Income.
