1. Pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, the NH Fish and Game Department (NHFG) requests authorization to accept and expend $210,000 from the US Fish & Wildlife Service for the purpose of purchasing an excavator, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 100% Federal Funds. Contingent upon Fiscal Committee approval on October 23, 2026.
