Contingent upon approval of a separate request to retroactively reclassify several positions submitted by the Department of Administrative Services and included on this agenda, authorize the Department of Agriculture, Markets and Food to make a one-time, retroactive expenditure of $17,417.09 for the employees listed in the table below, consisting of $14,426.84 in unpaid wages from prior fiscal years 2024, 2025, and 2026, and $2,990.25 for associated payroll benefits, effective upon approval by the Governor and Council. 100% General Funds.
