Authorize the Division of Pesticide Control to enter into a Cooperative Project Agreement with University of New Hampshire Sponsored Programs Administration, Durham, NH in the amount of $79,584 for the purpose of agricultural research and to assist in the promotion of integrated pest management practice in New Hampshire.
