1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Arianna Bikombe for $320,000, with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The property is a condominium unit within the Harris Pond Condominium Association, identified as Unit #48, with a physical address at 50 Merrimack Drive, in the Town of Merrimack, County of Hillsborough. The subject property is identified as Merrimack Tax Map 1E Lot 1-48. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate H.G. Johnson Real Estate from the proceeds of the sale with a 5% commission fee of $16,000 for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval, of which 2% ($6,400) of the commission fee will be provided to the buyer’s agent for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The subject property will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
