1. Authorize the Bureau of Right-of-Way to sell a parcel of State-owned land directly to Alexander and Kayla Cali, for $561,000 with the Bureau assessing an administrative fee of $1,100. The parcel, consisting of 1.38 +/- acres of improved land with a duplex thereon, is located on the westerly side of Wason Road in the Town of Hudson in the County of Hillsborough. The subject parcel is identified in the Hudson tax records as Tax Map 212 Lot 5 and has a physical address of 94 Wason Road. 2. The Bureau further requests authorization to compensate Keller Williams Coastal and Lakes & Mountains Realty from the proceeds of the sale with a 5% commission fee of $28,050, of which 2% ($11,220) of the commission fee will be provided to the Buyer’s Agent for real estate services, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval. The improved land will be conveyed without explicit covenants, restrictions, or permissions regarding hunting, fishing, and other recreational activities, and applicable local and State laws will regulate such activities.
