1. Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to transfer Turnpike Funds in the amount of $500,000 to budget and expend costs for on-call engineering services for bridge design and related technical/professional consulting services throughout the state in FY 2027, effective upon the date of Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027. 2. Contingent upon requested action #1 Authorize the Bureau of Turnpikes to enter into an Agreement with McFarland-Johnson, Inc. of Concord, New Hampshire, for an amount not to exceed $1,500,000.00, for Statewide On-Call Turnpikes Bridge Design Services, effective upon Governor and Council approval through July 31, 2029. 100% Turnpike Funds.
