Description
Authorize the Bureau of Right of Way's petition for a hearing to replace the culvert carrying Winkley Brook under NH Route 150, located just south of Pine Lane in Kensington, New Hampshire. Further authorize a Commission of Three Persons to be appointed by the Governor with the advice of the Executive Council to hold a hearing and determine whether there is an occasion for the project.
