Authorize the Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Division of Risk and Benefits to enter into an Agreement with Delta Dental Plan of NH, Inc. d/b/a Northeast Delta Dental (VC#174101) to administer the State’s self-funded dental benefits. The term of the Agreement is for a period of five (5) years, from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2031, with a contract price not to exceed $1,825,000.00 and an option to extend for up to an additional two (2) years with approval from the Governor and Executive Council. 35% General Funds, 12% Federal Funds, 3% Enterprise Funds, 10% Highway Funds, 1% Fish and Game Funds, 1% Turnpike Funds and 38% Other Funds.
