Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a certain Real Estate Services Agreement dated August 20, 2026 with THE NORWOOD GROUP, INC., Bedford, NH, for marketing and brokerage services to be provided in connection with the anticipated disposal by sale of the Tirrell House property located at 15 Brook Street in Manchester, NH, effective upon authorization by the Governor and Executive Council for a term of up to one (1) year. The maximum amount payable by the Department to Norwood under the Agreement is a commission equal to five percent (5%) of the contract sale price of the Property. Such commission shall be payable solely out of gross proceeds due and payable to the State upon the closing of the anticipated sale of the Property. 100% General Funds.
