1. Authorize the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction to enter into a contract with Turnstone Corporation, (VC#169530), 17 Amory Road, Milford, NH 03055, for a total price not to exceed $26,284,610, for Project Number 81293R-C Plymouth Readiness Center. This contract is effective upon Governor and Council approval and upon certification by the Department of Military Affairs of the availability of Federal Funds, through the completion estimated to be May 26, 2028, unless extended in accordance with the contract terms. 75% Federal Funds 25% General Funds. 2. Further authorize that a contingency in the amount of $1,320,000 be approved for unanticipated site expenses. 75% Federal Funds 25% General Funds. 3. Further authorize the amount of $200,000 be approved for payment to the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Public Works Design and Construction (VC#311152), for project management and engineering services. 75% Federal Funds 25% General Funds.
