Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with J.W. Chipping Corp dba Chick's Sand & Gravel (VC#528686), Bethlehem, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $750,000.00 for the Supply and Delivery of Aggregates with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2029.
