Authorize the Department of Administrative Services to enter into a contract with Twin State Sand & Gravel Co, Inc (VC#154076), West Lebanon, NH, in an amount up to and not to exceed $750,000.00 for Aggregates Supply and Delivery with the option to extend for up to an additional two years, effective upon Governor and Executive Council approval through June 30, 2029.
