Authorize, to enter into a memorandum of understanding with New Hampshire Department of Employment Security (NHES), Concord, NH, in the amount of $200,000 to establish a secure data-sharing mechanism between DHHS and NHES to support the administration and reporting of WorkNowNH, the New Hampshire Employment Program (NHEP), and Medicaid Community Engagement/Work Requirements, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years, effective upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2030. 100% Federal Funds.
