Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Health Access, to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with International Institute of New England, Inc. (VC#177551), Boston, MA to continue to provide the coordination of the Refugee Initial Domestic Medical Examinations to individuals who are eligible for services through the Office of Refugee Resettlement, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $40,000 from $1,913,094 to $1,953,094 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, effective October 1, 2026 upon Governor and Council approval.
