Description

Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Office of Health Access, to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Ascentria Community Services, Inc. (VC#222201), Concord, NH to continue to provide the coordination of the Refugee Initial Domestic Medical Examinations to individuals who are eligible for services through the Office of Refugee Resettlement, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $40,000 from $1,288,513 to $1,328,513 and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval. The original contract was approved by G&C on June 26, 2024, item #62, archived document , and amended on June 25, 2025, item #193, archived document . 100% Federal Funds.
