Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families, to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with NTT DATA State Health Consulting, LLC (VC# 272035), Plano, TX, to continue providing Independent Verification and Validation Services to support the Department’s Comprehensive Child Welfare Information System Implementation Project (“Granite Families”), by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $3,423,922.56, from $3,486,773.44 to $6,910,696.00, and extending the completion date from September 30, 2026 to September 30, 2027, effective October 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval.
