Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families, to enter into a contract with Northeast Family Services of New Hampshire, Inc. (VC #307446), Manchester, NH, in the amount of $2,966,374 to provide Roadmap to Reunification services that ensure safety and well-being for children and youth and provide necessary support for families and caregivers with the goal of achieving permanency, with the option to renew for up to four (4) additional years, effective September 16, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2028. 100% Federal Funds.
