Authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, Division for Children, Youth and Families, to enter into a Retroactive, Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Northeast Family Services of New Hampshire, Inc. (VC#307446), Manchester, NH, to continue to provide Roadmap to Reunification services, by increasing the price limitation by $68,986 from $5,690,186 to $5,759,172 and by extending the completion date from August 31, 2026 to September 15, 2026, effective retroactive to September 1, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval through September 15, 2026.
