Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with Concord Coalition to End Homelessness, Concord, NH, to add funding provided by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to support Continuum of Care housing services and cost of living adjustments, by increasing the price limitation by $53,073 from $826,186 to $879,259 with no change to the contract completion date of November 30, 2029, effective upon Governor and Council approval.
