Authorize to enter into a Sole Source amendment to an existing contract with New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association, Concord, NH to continue supporting the development and expansion of the behavioral health workforce through training, technical assistance, and credentialing support to improve access to qualified providers and strengthen services for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders, particularly youth and young adults, by exercising a contract renewal option by increasing the price limitation by $287,419 from $400,000 to $687,419 and extending the completion date from September 29, 2026 to September 29, 2027, effective September 30, 2026, upon Governor and Council approval.
