Authorize to make a retroactive one-time expenditure of $1,466.65 from State Fiscal Year 2027 appropriations consisting of a payment in the amount of $1220.34 to Arjana Naqe, 31-1133 Psych Aides-2 (Supervisor V), for unpaid wages and associated payroll benefits, to compensate the employee for earnings that were not paid in State Fiscal Year 2025, effective upon Governor and Council approval. 31% General Funds. 69% Other Funds.
