1. Pursuant to the provisions of RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, to amend the previously approved accept and expend for $204,016,550, FIS 26-045, approved by the Fiscal Committee on February 20, 2026, and Item 113A, approved by the Governor and Council on March 4, 2026, archived document , of Rural Health Transformation Grant funds, from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), to allow the Department to transfer $1,251,647 of federal funds to the Governor’s Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (“GO-NORTH”) that would otherwise lapse to CMS, effective upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027, and authorize the allocation of these funds. 100% Federal Funds. 2. Contingent upon Requested Action 1, pursuant to RSA 14:30-a, VI, authorize the Department of Health and Human Services, in collaboration with the Governor’s Office of New Opportunities & Rural Transformational Health (“GO-NORTH”), to amend FIS 25-295, approved by the Fiscal Committee on December 19, 2025, and Item #112B, approved by the Governor and Council on December 17, 2025 archived document , and FIS 26-045, approved by the Fiscal Committee on February 20, 2026, and Item 113A, approved by the Governor and Council on March 4, 2026, to accept transferred funds in the amount of$1,251,647 as detailed in the attached fiscal details, in order to ensure funds are obligated for rural health transformational initiatives and do not lapse to CMS, effective, upon Fiscal Committee and Governor and Council approval through June 30, 2027, and authorize the allocation of these funds. 100% Other Funds (Transfer of Federal Funds). 100% Federal Funds; 100% Other Funds (Transfer of Federal Funds).
