Authorize to enter into a grant agreement with American Rivers, Inc., Washington, D.C. totaling $100,000 for the purpose of removing the Poole Reservoir Dam in Jaffrey, NH and restoring natural stream and wetland functions, effective upon Governor and Council approval through December 31, 2032. 100% State (ARM Fund)
