Authorize to amend a loan agreement with the Goffstown Village Water Precinct, Goffstown, NH by increasing the loan amount by $3,000,000 from $4,968,000 to $7,968,000 to finance well improvements & iron and manganese treatment system project under the provisions of RSA 486:14 and N.H. Code of Administrative Rules Env-Dw 1100 et seq. effective upon Governor & Council (G&C) approval. The original loan agreement was approved by G&C on June 26, 2024, Item #145, archived document and amended on July 30, 2025, Item #69, archived document . 87.34 % Federal Funds, 12.66% General Funds.
